Current question: How can remote moves feel immediately present while the app remains reliable inside Discord's constrained iframe and serverless boundaries?
Latest meaningful change: The portfolio now demonstrates the shared-board interaction with a clearly labeled computer participant and exposes the real proxy and versioning architecture at deeper levels.
Next validation: Validate the shared-turn rhythm with real pairs and tune presence cues without adding noisy chat or pretending synthetic activity is human.
